Note: LoanerTrak system Administrator permissions are required to complete these steps.

  1. From the Main Menu, click Admin > Users.
  2. In the User Maintenance screen, choose the Company ID from which this user will operate from by default.  Note: this may require adding an additional concurrent LoanerTrak license.  See your company's LoanerTrak Administrator for more information.
  3. Press the New button to generate a new User ID
  4. Enter key Fields
Login ID (Email address)
First Name
Last Name
Title
Business Email
Email From (Important for auto-emails)
Login Password

5. Check the areas of the program that this user will be able to access according to their job title.  Checking System Administrator will give them full access to the entire system.
6. Press the Save button to save the new user.
