If the number of concurrent users has reached its limit in LoanerTrak, and these users haven’t logged off properly, there’s a special administrator login that will force a user off of LoanerTrak. Note: This should only be used by a LoanerTrak Administrator.
To force log out a user in your company so others can log in:
- Notify users in your company that one of their accounts might be force logged off.
- In LoanerTrak’s log in screen, using your normal login id, enter in the password field the number 9000 plus today’s date in YYYYMMDD format. A login example for May 15, 2018 would look like: 900020180515. This value would be entered in the password field.
As an administrator, once you’ve logged in and restored a new session, you may force log off other users in the User Maintenance screen.
