Once an internal handling process is set up, it may be assigned to one or more sets, at which point, the set will be moved through each step after it is received.

The handling process “inst1” is set up and 3 handling steps are assigned to it.

The Internal process ID is assigned to each associated set.
As
the set moves through each step, the user can select it then select the next
processing step and move the set(s) as well as record a process ID or
description. These internal processing steps are visible in the sets
Transaction History.
