By default, LoanerTrak displays inventory, orders and transactions in the user's home/default company.  In almost every screen in LoanerTrak, users may switch to another company to view inventory, orders and transactions (If they have permission to do so. See article Adding External Companies).

In the Set Inquiry screen, users have additional tools to view set inventory in other companies together in one screen.

  1. Click Inquire > Sets / Kits.  Select a kit.  By default, only kits in the user’s home company are displayed.
  2. To view ALL sets in all accessible companies, check the “Show All Companies” button and press the “Schedule” button to refresh the list of sets. 
  3. Another method of viewing set inventory/schedules in an external company is to select the company in the Company ID field in the upper right, then lookup the set(s) normally.  Only sets in that company will be displayed.
